We are currently looking for a full time Administrator to work in the Oxford area. This role will initially be temporary until approximately January 2020, with the potential to lead to a permanent role.
The working hours will be 38.5 hours per week, on a rotating shift pattern of 4 on / 4 off(days and nights), 06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00.
Duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Handling external or internal communication via phone, email and written correspondence
- Providing support within the team
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Maintaining and updating records
- You will be a highly organised individual who is happy to work under pressure
- Ideally you will have experience in an administrative environment
- You will be self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- IT literacy is essential for this role
- Confident in speaking on the phone
