Job Title: Office Administrator
Shifts: Monday – Friday, Days only
Salary: £9.50 per hour
My client is a respected independent family run business in the Avonmouth area of Bristol, who are looking to add an Office Administrator to their team. Full training for this role will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities for Office Administrator:
  • Point of contact and administration of customer orders via email, telephone and online
  • Basic Accounts for customer payments
  • Basic credit control and invoice processing
  • General administrative duties 
Skills & Experience for Office Administrator:
  • A minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience of handling telephone enquiries
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and using your own initiative
