The ideal candidate will need to be flexible and willing to take on varied tasks including;
- Procurement activities in our SAP system e.g. creating Purchase Orders
- Analysis and manipulation of data in SAP and spreadsheets
- Monitoring progress on various tasks within the team and reporting on status
- Support to management by performing administrative activities e.g. document creation, scanning, printing
Experience of working within Procurement/Supply Chain would be desirable but it is not mandatory as full training will be provided. Candidates will need good IT skills including Excel, as the role will involve handling data in spreadsheets.
