Do you have excellent Microsoft Windows Skills and the ability to pay high attention to detail? If so then we are seeking someone with your skills for a new and exciting role based within a manufacturing company in Taunton. This is an administration focused role within the quality assurance team and you will be responsible for ensuring ongoing updating and reviewing of all documentation stored by the company. These documents could be data work sheets, product specifications and policies and procedures to support the work of the QA team.

Your role will involve data entry, formatting and correcting documents and also using AutoCAD (basic training on and off site will be given for the right candidate). You will need a good working knowledge of MS Windows particularly in Files Explorer, Word and Excel. You will need really good communication skills as you will be liaising via email and telephone with section leaders, senior management and colleagues on a regular basis and also a strong command of the English language.

Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be an advantage and also experience within QA or document control systems would be a benefit to success within the role. You will need to be willing to learn and be a self motivated individual who is process driven and who enjoys seeing something through from beginning to end.

This is a full time role, 35 hours per week. Car parking is available on site.
