Meridian Business Support are looking for an highly motivated Admin Assistant to work within a public sector environment based in Pontefract. This role is for a period of 3 weeks, with the potential for extension.
- Provide a wide range of printed materials, including bulk photocopying, booklet making, laminating etc offering excellent customer service
- Assist and advise all key parties with their use of photocopying equipment, providing additional training where required, and maintaining the provision of a walk-up copying service for staff
- To provide a welcoming, professional and effective front of house service to organisation
- Answering and redirecting calls and messages efficiently
- Welcome all visitors and ensure they sign in and are issued with the relevant lanyard in line with organisation procedures and that the relevant member of staff is notified
- Previous Administrative and Reception experience is essential
- An Enhanced DBS check will be required, including barred list check.
