Meridian business Support have fantastic opportunity within our Engineering division to join us as a Account coordinator based in Yeovil:  
  • £22,000- £23,000 – Dependant on Experience 
  • FTC 12 months
  • Contracted to 37 hours per week  
  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.15pm & Friday 8.30am – 4pm 
  • 23 days holiday + Birthday day off

As our Account coordinatoryou will take ownership of a key account and deliver client requirementsyou will manage Recruitment activities within the Engineering sector delivering volume temporary labour force. You will need to be a great recruiter coupled with a passion for detail as there is a high level of  compliance required on this account  
We are looking for an experienced Resourcer/ Account coordinator with experience of managing candidates with high level compliance requirements, with a drive and passion to take your recruitment career to the next stage. You will need to understand what it takes to manage a key account within volume recruitment and thrives in a fast passedever changing environment 
Using your exceptional organisational skills, you will drive candidate attraction, actively screen candidates against the role criteria, managcompliance & Right to work documentation and supply your temporary workforce to fulfil client requirements 
Account coordinator Core Responsibilities: 
  • Drive excellent candidate and client experience without the recruitment process 
  • Provide expert market understanding to match robust business solutions to client challenges with 
  • Sourcing candidates, maintaining compliance & driving daily management of a temp workforce  
  • Manage process from application to offer and drive retention 
  • Drive attention to detail and ensure all information is correct 
  • Work as part of the team to succeed against company targets  
Account coordinator Experience/Skills & Competencies: 
  • Must have at least 1 years Recruitment experience 
  • Must have the drive & confidence to communicate with candidate over the phone  
  • Experience of Resourcing for Key accounts 
  • Great communication skills  
  • Amazing organisational skills 
  • desire to drive a successful career  
  • Must be a great team player and “whatever it takes” attitude
