Background: Started my working career within the construction sector as a rigger and progressed to a Lift Supervisor/Crane Co-Coordinator. Then the recession hit and I found myself working for an agency doing M&E recruitment.

Progression: I started my career with Meridian as a consultant back in 2011 working for one of the flagship branches with the organisation. After 12 months I progressed to a Senior Consultant after proving to be one of the strongest billers in the company. The opportunity to manage the branch came around and I grasped it with both hands. Within three years I have built the branch profits year-on-year whilst taking on new geographical areas and building new teams to support me, but the greatest achievement has to be winning branch of the year at this year's annual conference and awards dinner, this was due to my hardworking, dedicated team who are specialists with our chosen sector.

Training/Qualifications: Meridian supported me through my IRP level 3 certificate in Recruitment Practice.
