Background: 24 years' commercial recruitment experience and a fee earner throughout the entire duration. I have managed a Branch, been a Director of my own Recruitment Consultancy for five years, but have always remained an active, fee-earning Consultant.
Progression: Graduate Trainee Consultant in 1993, progressing to Permanent Consultant, Senior Consultant, Branch Manager, then left to set up my own Consultancy, which grew to a 12 strong team over a five year period, I was invited to join Meridian two years ago as Permanent Vacancies Manager, working four days per week.
Training/Qualifications: Degree educated, MREC, numerous recruitment related training courses attended over the years.
