Your background before Meridian: I worked with regional recruiter Westaff and International recruiters Kelly Services and Office Angels in roles from Temp and Perm consultants, to Account Manager, Compliance Manager,  Operations Director and now as Head of Quality and Risk Management.

What’s great about working for Meridian: My journey with Meridian has been quite different as I came over as part of an acquisition. The culture change and journey from smaller recruiter to National Agency  was  easy because although Meridian has a geographical spread UK wide, it has managed to retain all of the benefits of working for a small independent; Meridian has the infrastructure and support of a significant player in the market.
