Your background before Meridian: I lived in Australia for five years and worked on recruitment projects for Cisco, Google and Chevron Oil.

Career progression within Meridian: I started as an On-Site Resourcer at the Clarks Distribution Centre in 2012 finding & coordinating 100’s of temps for our Winter & Summer Peaks. I became the On-Site Manager in 2013 and progressed to support our other key accounts in a Business Improvement role in 2015. In 2017 I joined the Projects Team as a Project Manager covering national & high volume industrial accounts.

What training/qualifications have you undertaken during your time at Meridian: CIPD Level 5 in HR Management, Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner and starting my Six Sigma Yellow & Green belts in October. I’ve also learnt how to drive a forklift!
