Applications Support Exeter If you have good functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV in a multi-site, multi-discipline environment and have a good knowledge of the following technologies / applications: Integrated EPOS, Microsoft Windows (Server & Client), Microsoft Office, SQL Server Management Studio and Relational Database concepts and Intermediate knowledge of SQL server and the TSQL language as well as have the ability to explain complex ideas and issues to non-technical staff this may be the post you are looking for. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer based in Exeter. You will be working in a friendly and welcoming IT team and responsible for progressing and resolving user issues with the Company's core applications; ERP (Dynamics NAV and legacy system Sage 1000), Integrated EPOS, Infor CRM, SharePoint and MS Office. You will also be responding to tickets raised via the company's helpdesk system, undertaking the investigation and applying/documenting the resolution. Responding to user requests for information by development, enhancement or deployment of business reports via the company's reporting tools (SSRS, Jet Reports, Power BI and NAV Reports). The Company is currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV. For the duration of the project the Applications Support role will be the primary resource for users and project team members regarding any NAV related queries. The individual is encouraged to be present for all project meetings, training and workshop sessions. Post go-live the Applications Support role will assume the responsibility of area specialist for all ERP related support issues. Ideally the person should have: Previous experience with Dynamics NAV add-ons; Lanham warehousing LS One EPOS Zetadocs Jet reports Experience writing complex SQL queries. Experience creating and maintaining SQL stored procedures and functions. Exposure or familiarity with Sage Line 500 / ERP 1000. Experience with SQL Server Agent and SQL Server Integration Services. Understanding of CRM applications and experience supporting CRM in a live environment. Previous experience supporting Mac OS in a Windows domain environment.
