A highly regarded and rapidly expnading wealth management firm are looking for an expereinced Senior Technical Support Adviser to work from their Witney office. You will be responsible for assisting with the pre and post checking of reports, the maintenance and development of the company's report writing system/s and to assit with the launch of their exciting new Education Academy! Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support in improving and updating report templates Assist with updating of Procedures Manual and ensure that it remains up to date Contribute to corporate development and prosperity, assist other employees and be involved with their training as required Create training courses via the Education Academy and roll out across the business To assist in the creation, implementation and development of internal systems, in order to meet regulatory obligations, and to improve and maintain efficient working practices within the organisation Answer technical questions for the business Skills & Experience Ideally at least 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry of which a minimum of 2 years has been in a Paraplanning role or adviser/Paraplanner training role within a firm of financial advisers Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures Experience within the Financial Services Industry Mentor junior members of the team if required

Fantastic career opportunity to help manage the Pensions & Investment Administration department of this highly regarded wealth management firm in Henley-On-Thames. Main Purpose of the Role: The role requires a senior competent and experienced administrator with strong technical knowledge in SIPPs, with a minimum of three years’ experience working in a similar role, who can oversee and manage the team and the day to day administration of clients as well as having the knowledge, expertise and capability to resolve more complex issues which will have been escalated. The role will involve supporting more junior members of the team, co-ordinating and planning workloads for the rest of the team as well as overseeing projects and any ad-hoc tasks. They will also be responsible for the completion of monthly, quarterly and annual tasks including all reporting to HMRC. Skills and Knowledge Requirements: Ability to manage own workload and work within a small team Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures Experience within the Financial Services Industry Exceptional communication skills at all levels Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally Adviser Office, Volume, Imago and Pulse dealing system It would be preferable for them to hold a relevant qualification such as the CII FA1 or FA2 The Administrator should have a sound understanding of the operation and application of Pension administration There needs to be a good working knowledge of the concepts of HMRC rules On offer is an excellent benefits package to include, Bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension, flexible benefits.
