As the new Customer Service Supervisor, you will be supporting the Head of Customer Services in managing the day-to-day activities of the entire Customer Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on more senior responsibilities with the team including, order processing and order fulfilment, dealing with technical queries and complaints, as well as building close working relationships with the Warehouse team and Commercial Director. You will get the opportunity to enhance and develop existing processes in order to improve inefficiencies, including implementing new processes. As a more senior member of the team, you will also be some responsibilities with training and coaching This is an office-based role with a 40-hour week - M-F Experience/Requirements: Previous experience with customer service is essential. Experience in a similar role with some previous experience of leading a team. Some experience within the scientific/pharmaceutical sector would be preferred but is not essential. As a highly motivated HR Business Partner you will be playing a pivotal and visible role within the Business Units and the wider HR team. Your new role: You will be providing commercially focused, generalist operational and strategic HR support over two sites based in Tamworth with regular travel to the Culham site.
