Congratulations to Milly Sikilienkova and the Nottingham branch for winning the Excellence In Customer Service award at the Nottingham Trent University’s (NTU) Supplier Forum and Supplier Recognition awards 2016. Over 57 suppliers were nominated for various awards and Meridian were up against 12 other suppliers in the Excellence in Customer Service category.
This was an initiative lead by the NTU procurement team to recognise the important of having quality suppliers delivering services to the University. This was how the University described the Excellence in Customer Service award:
“This category is in celebration of first class customer service where a supplier can demonstrate they have their customer at the heart of everything they do. The supplier will be able to articulate their approach to customer service and how this approach sets them apart from other organisations. This category will also showcase how their approach to customer care really makes a difference to the bottom line for their customer”.
