This key feature is especially useful on mobile devices as Jobseekers can apply for jobs using their LinkedIn profile as a CV, saving time and removing the hassle of uploading a CV from a mobile device.
Login via LinkedIn
Login via LinkedIn is easy to use, simply visit the Meridian website and navigate to the register/login section and choose Login via LinkedIn. A window will open asking you to login to LinkedIn (if you aren’t already) and clever programming will do the rest to pull your Name, Professional Title, Career History and Skills & Expertise into a professional-looking CV. This CV can then either be used to apply for a job or sent to a recruitment consultant when registering with Meridian Business Support.
So with LinkedIn already being the professional’s site of choice for maintaining an online presence in terms of one’s professional profile, it begs the question: why would you ever want to waste time writing, formatting and updating a CV in a Word document, when you can apply for jobs with your LinkedIn profile?
