With over 18 year’s experience working within fast paced sales environments in a variety of support functions, Lisa is our dedicated Product Trainer. She is responsible for the end user experience of Broadbean, dealing with varying levels of IT knowledge and can adapt according to needs. Training formats provided are within videos, guides, custom online sessions or onsite training (nationally covered)
Alex has been with Broadbean for 8 years and worked his way through many departments to his current role. Started in client services, then had the trainer role and then for the last 4 years has been the senior account Manager for many of our top clients. His knowledge of Broadbean is second to none and has worked his way up to the level he is now. If anyone has any questions about Broadbean he is the perfect person to speak too.
