In 2010 we created in an Agency Workers Regulations campaign which focused on making sense of this complicated legislation. We provided information, advice and support on various LinkedIn groups, dedicated websites to explain the legislation in detail and presented a national series of complimentary client seminars.

The Pensions Reform 2012
The Pensions Reform 2012 is due to be enforced in October 2012. In brief, companies that do not offer their own pension scheme will be able to enroll their workers into the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST), a low-cost scheme set up by the Government. However, companies who have their own qualifying occupational pension scheme will be able to extend this to agency workers by classifying them as eligible jobholders.
