Sales turnover of £83 million was achieved with a network of 59 branches nationally. Invested into IQX back-office system and rolled out to all branch operations. Invested in training department which included professional recruitment qualification certificate for all employees. |

Sales turnover hits £100 million, with 70 nationwide branch operations and a flourishing European and International presence. Management buyout took place. Meridian invested in support services such as marketing and compliance departments. |

Sales turnover of £110 million, with 80 branch operations and three consultancy operations.
Gained quality assurance accreditation; ISO 9001:2000, and GLA accreditation for the food industry. |

Restructured into seven specialist Business Units. Sales turnover of £126 million, 90 branch operations, acquired SGM Recruitment and Aspect Personnal in order to expand branch network.
Meridian joined the Association of Labour Providers (ALP) and the FTA - Freight Transport Association. |

Sales turnover of £111 million and achieved CSCI registration (Commission for Social Care Inspection) as well as CSSIW registration for Health Business Unit.
Meridian also achieved ECIA Accreditation for Construction Business Unit. |

Target turnover of £112,000,000. Acquired MRC, Industrial recruitment company based in Shrewsbury in order to expand branch network. |
| 2010 |
Target turnover of £120,000,000. Acquired Westaff, a leading recruitment firm adding 15 branches to Meridian's national branch network. |
