All healthcare professionals who register with Meridian Health are screened and selected by skilled consultants and nurses in accordance with Buying Solutions' guidelines, Care Standards Act 2000, Care Quality Commission (
CQC), Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (
CSSIW), the Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines and the Department of Health standards.
All candidates undergo a full enhanced CRB check together with two professional references.
Before being placed into work through Meridian Health, all candidates must undertake specialised training through our external training providers and reach a required standard when assessed. Click on the link for more information on
