Through your local Job Centre Plus Meridian can help you with The Work Programme. This is the Coalition Government’s flagship initiative to support tens of thousands of people into secure and lasting employment.
Meridian Business Support delivers a 'Back to Work' programme of employability support by providing you with information, advice and support in order for you to secure and sustain employment. To sign up for Meridian's Back to Work programme you must first contact your local Job Centre Plus and ask for a referral to Meridian.
Meridian's Back to Work Programme offers you three stages of support where necessary:
- Motivation, confidence, CV-writing, application form-filling, interview skills
- Additional specialist support in order to secure employment
- In-work support
