My client, based in Salford Quays, offers a wide range of services including debt purchase and debt collection.
They are looking to recruit Telephone Negotiators to join their expanding team.
Salary - £15,000 - £22,000 based on experience PLUS uncapped commission structure, great benefits and progression.
Working in their busy call centre you will be talking directly to customers through both inbound and outbound calls. Your main role is to collect outstanding payment of debt and/or reach instalment plans with the customers. You will have monthly revenue targets to hit, to which you will be rewarded with a generous new uncapped commission scheme.
The call centre is operational between 8am - 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am-2pm Saturdays.
You will work a fixed 9 week rota between these hours, averaging 35 hours per week.
You must be able to demonstrate the following to be considered
- Call Centre Experience
- Sales or Debt Collection Experience
- Working to targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Treating all customers fairly
- The ability to be firm and resilient
