·This is a contact centre role and you will be required to make outbound calls (via a centralised dialler) to the public with a view to persuading the Decision Maker to move their energy supplies to a leading UK provider, promoting and up selling insurance at every opportunity
·In addition, you will be required to information gather and record key data on an in-house bespoke package
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
·Good interpersonal skills; able to generate conversations with all and open and close sales calls effectively
·Ability to work to work in a targeted/fast paced call centre environment
·Experience of outbound sales calls, together with providing advice and understanding to match products to meet clients' requirements
·Familiar with IT and specific bespoke applications; using all relevant electronic applications with confidence and in an accurate manner
·A competent and confident communicator both verbal and written
·Experience of putting customers first and appreciation of customer needs
·Resilient and inquisitive and able to handle client objections with confidence
·Someone who drives for improvement and is results and quality orientated
·Team player who can work using own initiative
·A competent administrator with excellent planning and organising skills
