Team Support and Liaison Officer - £16,000 - £17,000 - Bristol
An amazing job opportunity has arisen with our global Bristol based organisation. The role is working in the Client Services team which is accountable to our Registry and Depositary Interests clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the team of Relationship Managers and their portfolio of clients. This will include assisting with General Meetings and other Corporate Projects as well as day to day interaction with clients and their appointed advisors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Reconciliation of the custodian accounts
* Bulk processing of allotments
* Running and formatting of client proxy reports
* Running and formatting of client scheduled and ad-hoc reports
* Maintaining the team Task List
* Assist in the creation, maintenance and updating of the team procedures
* Collate and maintain results from Client Satisfaction Surveys
* Accurate maintenance of Cosmos entries.
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies

* Ability to learn new tasks
* Good understanding of Word and Excel
