A leading healthcare company in central Cheltenham, currently has a vacancy for a Sales Consultant. Excellent earning potential and benefits for the successful candidate.
You will be responsible for building up your own portfolio of clients by contacting them to discuss insurance products available in the marketplace that could benefit their personal circumstances. You will be expected to convert these calls into revenue against targets.
You must have previous experience within an outbound sales role, either on the phone or face to face and must be hungry to succeed with bags of motivation! If you have insurance knowledge this will be advantageous, however full product training will be given. You must enjoy working to targets within a pressurised sales environment to be successful in this role.
This organisation understands that sales individuals who work hard should be rewarded for their efforts, which is why they offer some of the best commission rates in the industry, low targets and a realistic OTE of £50k.
You will receive 35% of the sale in commission. For instance, on a standard £1000 premium sale, this will give £215 commission.
