Mortgage Retention Sales agent
I am recruiting for a mortgage retention sales agent to work join a large dynamic company based in Gloucester.
Your hours will be based on a 4 week rolling rota. The opening hours of the business are currently 8:30am -9pm Monday to Friday and 8:30-1pm Saturday. You will be required to work one Saturday a month 8:30-13:00. You will receive a day off in the week during the week of your Saturday working. Also flexible shift swaps within the team are available to make sure we offer a good balance between work and home life.
The team are responsible for
* Discussing new mortgage products for existing customers
* Maintaining and building on existing relationships
* Providing first class service whilst achieving targets and identifying customer needs for cross sale opportunities
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Call centre and sales experience
* Strong customer skills
* Experience in working to targets and deadlines
However, Full training and product knowledge will be given to the successful candidates.
