We are looking for a confident and pro-active person to join a busy and demanding project team. This varied and interesting role would suit someone with strong administration skills and the ability to work in an organised and efficient manner. You will posses excellent IT skills and have very good English grammar and spelling. The main purpose of the job is to assist the Project Coordinator, Project Manager and the Team Admin Manager. Some of the tasks and duties include updating project status reports, organising weekly meetings, issuing job codes and processing documents. Due to the rural location the post holder must have a driving license and their own vehicle. Experience in a similar role is essential. The hours are 9am -6pm Monday to Friday.
