£13,000 - £18,000 Pro Rata per annum PLUS uncapped bonus for high achievers!
This is a totally flexible position to which you must commit to 17.5 hours per week, but you can always do more.
My client are currently working with the nation's leading energy supplier and more people choose this company to supply energy to their homes than any other supplier.
*We are seeking positive and motivated sales focused candidates.
*This is a contact centre role and you will be required to make outbound calls (via a centralised dialler) to the public with a view to persuading the Decision Maker to move their energy supplies to a leading UK provider, promoting and up selling insurance at every opportunity
Successful candidates will
*Have good interpersonal skills; able to generate conversations with all and open and close sales calls effectively
* Be able to work to work in a targeted/fast paced call centre environment
*Experienced in inbound/outbound/face to face sales calls, together with providing advice and understanding to match products to meet clients' requirements
*Proven track record of putting customers first and appreciation of customer needs
*Be Resilient and inquisitive and able to handle customer objections with confidence
