Our client is a major International mining organisation.
Vacancies exist for experienced mining engineers with appropriate qualifications and experience.
Successful candidates will be required to facilitate the optimal extraction of gold ore from mining operations through the provision of a comprehensive production planning and scheduling services.
These are residential positions - successful candidates can live with family in pleasant surroundings (good schools and facilities) with staff transported to the mine daily.
Generous relocation packages and, subject to Australiam Government Immigrations and employer requirements, can make Australian Permanent Residence possible after two years.
Qualifications
BSc degree in Mining Engineering
Experience
3 years underground/surface engineering with exposure to longhole drilling, blasting, ventilation, projects, planning and scheduling - preferably Gold.
Exposure to contract mining environments
12 Months practical underground experience
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and mining software such as Datamine, Mine Works Planner
