Must have degree HNC in manufacturing Industrial or Engineering related field. Able to analyse manufacturing costs, identifying key underlying issues and develop effective long / short term solutions to problems. Able to demonstrate experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Be familiar with the automotive industry quality requirements QS9000, TS16949, and advanced quality planning and a understanding of FMEA, 8D and other formal improvement tools essential. Desirable experience, Surface mount, wave and selective soldering attach, wiring bonding and interconnect Resistance ultra sonic welding and joining including flame soldering Thick, film hybrid technology Dynamic laser trimming. Temporary position duration unknown.
