There’s a permanent opportunity for you to join our client’s team as a Fabric Engineer on a prestigious static site-based university contract in South Kensington, London.
This is a great role for anyone with either commercial fabric experience or someone with building fabric skills looking for a full-time role within a friendly engineering team.

Job Duties
- Deliver reactive maintenance tasks and minor works to ensure customer satisfaction
- To enter and update all works recorded and visible through the Planon CAFM system
- To adhere to the Health and Safety policies and requirements for yourself and others
- To operate cross functionally when required within the services functions
- Working in partnership with general building fabric maintenance team and other teams within the contract and undertake minor work tasks as and when required
- To carry out joinery/bricklaying/building fabric/drainage and allied trades work in connection with planned and reactive maintenance works – depending upon your area of expertise
- To become familiar with and use new equipment and systems or undertake specialist training where required
- Responsible for the general maintenance of all machinery and equipment including reporting of defects to the Site Supervisor
- A shared responsibility keeping the offices, workshops and stores clean and safe
- To hold a driving licence and be prepared to drive vehicles as and when necessary.
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
- Additional earnings available through overtime - if wanted
- Van and tools provided
