Electrical Maintenance Engineer - £42,000 – Shepherds Bush
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious static site-based university contract in Shepherds Bush, London.
This is a great role for anyone with commercial electrical maintenance experience looking for a full-time role within a friendly engineering team.

Day to Day Duties
- Electrical Faulting Finding
- Lighting
- Power Issues
- Emergency lighting tests
- Fire Alarm tests
- Testing and Inspection
- Minor Installation
- AHU/FCU Maintenance
- Assist with carrying out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
- City & Guilds - 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
