An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to cover maternity for a fixed term 4/5 month contract. Working for a very well established and reputable company.
The role will involve being the first point of contact for a set of customer accounts. You will process orders and quotations and manage customer stock requirements. You will need excellent communication skills to liaise with production planning and transport to deliver the customer goods on time.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, able to learn to new processes be methodical and excel in a pressurised environment.
