Call Centre Manager sought to manage a Bristol based telephony centre to ensure high standards continue to be maintained.
Managing a large team, you will work closely with the assistant manager and a number of team leaders to supervise them effectively. You will be responsible for recruitment, training and regular reviews of the call centre personnel who are engaged in a wide range of projects.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the workplace and all equipment within it are of appropriate standards and resolve any issues as and when they arise. This also means taking into account health & safety considerations.
Key skills will include people management, customer service, comfortable working with clients, leadership and motivation and sound business acumen.
