My client is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their team as soon as possible. You will be answering telephones, dealing with customer queries, logging information onto a database system and undertaking any ad hoc administrative tasks.
You will have excellent customer service skills, be pro-active, energetic and positive, and be flexible with your working hours and reliable.
Working hours will be anywhere between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday depending on the shift. You need to be available to work 5 days out of 7.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
