Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for an experienced account manger for a very successful Telecoms Company based in Cardiff Bay.
The Account Manager will need to successfully manage the current customer base whilst selling additional products and services into these customers. You will need to implement and/or improve the customer retention process to minimise churn and maximise voice and data revenues whilst continuing connection growth.
A challenging and exciting opportunity, the role will include the following:-
Delivering a quality service to customers through effective relationships ensuring a high level of customer service
Produce account plans to develop High Value customer relationships to maximise profitability (CADP)
Have a full understanding of the customer, their sector, their competitors, and opportunities
Monitor the threat, offers and experience delivered by our competitors (SWOT)
Build a pipeline of short, medium and long term opportunities
Provide accurate weekly reports by agreed deadlines and ad-hoc reports when requested
Develop and deliver a consistent customer contact strategy by email, phone, meetings and visits.
Deliver solutions that drive product penetration in line with wider sales targets and strategies
Escalate and resolve service affecting issues that arise
Ensure the provisioning and administration is well controlled and delivered within agreed timescales
Ensure that customer solutions are effectively delivered
The Company requires a minimum of 3 years new business development experience, preferably in a telecoms environment/ b2b market with a proven record of over achieving delivery against agreed targets.
