Business Needs Analysis (BNA)

Meridian Industrial’s Business Needs Analysis (BNA) is designed to provide an in depth analysis of a client’s business in relation to the service that is being provided by the current labour provider. Through conversations with a client’s management team, all areas of service delivery are examined.

Process

As with any information gathering exercise, what comes out of the BNA is directly linked to what goes in.
Meridian Industrial works around the requirements of our clients in order to ensure that the BNA is conducted as efficiently as possible. It is beneficial to involve all stakeholders within your business who are impacted by the use of temporary labour.

Meridian Industrial will, of course, take the clients lead in choosing the relevant people to include in the BNA process. The information is obtained through a series of structured meetings; each will normally require around 30 minutes.

Moving forward

Following the BNA, usually within 48 hours, we will deliver a report to the client for review and discussion.

Any areas that require further investigation or that the client feels are unrepresentative can be explored. The BNA report will then form the basis of the proposal document which expands the bespoke solution suggested by Meridian Industrial and implemented by the Account Management team..
