By working in partnership with DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) and JCP (Job Centre Plus) nationally and alongside employers and partners we are passionate about moving people into sustainable employment, increase their work experience and their skills in order to help change lives for the better.
To achieve this we develop partners both locally and nationally, from within the communities we serve. Working with employers, agencies and local partners, we help the new and long-term unemployed overcome some of the obstacles they may face getting back into employment.
