Meridian Business Support’s AWR round table has taken place in conjunction with Recruiter Magazine.
The Recruiter’s Editor DeeDee Doke was chair and moderator and with 14 thought leaders representing the industry: Lobbying organisations, recruitment companies, HR directors, RPOs, union representatives and academia discussed a pragmatic approach to the impending AWR legislations. That discussion included the state-of-play so far, what’s being done around AWR, the barriers faced and best practice going forward.
The event generated lively debate, food for thought, knowledge share and a great opportunity for the delegates to share ideas, experience and concerns. Over the next few weeks Meridian will share the top-line intelligence and will be inviting discussion around some of the key themes and ideas.
