Meridian’s On-Site Account Team and Account Manager are 100% dedicated to the client. They focus solely on supporting the clients to achieve their business goals, without the distraction of a multiple client base.
What Meridian’s On-Site Account Team will look like
The findings of the Business Needs Analysis together with the volume of agency labour utilised by your business will determine the size and structure of your On-Site team.
Each On-Site Account team works along identical principals of service delivery and continuous improvement objectives. They are responsible for all recruitment, administration, and account management.
This team will become experts in your business and will be challenged to identify and implement continuous improvements and efficiencies for you. They will be targeted and remunerated for achieving agreed levels of added value for your business.
For smaller agency users (40-75 temporary workers) - Meridian is able to operate an On-Site with a single dedicated Account Manager based full time on your premises.
Medium sized On-Site locations (75-250 temporary workers) - This will typically see the Account Manager supported by one or two On-Site consultants and additional support from Meridian Supervisors.
Larger On-Site locations, with in excess of 250 temporary workers - This will typically operate with a dedicated Account Manager, On-Site consultants, and Meridian On-Site Supervisors. The role of On-Site Supervisors is to ensure that the temporary workers are working safely and also working to maximise their productivity and output.
Meridian’s On-Site Account Team will be focussed on:
- Absence Reduction schemes - focus on achieving minimal absenteeism through a structured and robust absence reduction strategy.
- Training and Induction Assistance - Improved productivity of agency labour, reduced errors, soft cost savings achieved in terms of time and administration reduction for hiring managers.
- Retention Schemes - Increased efficiency from agency workers who understand and “know” the position, reduction in attrition costs resulting from unnecessary recruitment, training, administration for new starters
- Screening and Assessment - Agency Labour screened and assessed by experts in recruitment utilising sophisticated recruitment systems to ensure no costly recruitment errors and a “candidate match” in terms of skills and experience. Enables reduction in attrition levels combined with an increase in highly performing staff who require minimal instruction, are reliable and maintain a commitment to your company.
- Detailed Management Reports - Complete and comprehensive “picture” of your agency workforce, which departments use agencies in addition to informative data for example, reasons for attrition and cost savings.
- Temp Care - focus on ensuring the Meridian workforce is a happy, positive, motivated workforce with the correct attitude at all times.
- Performance - ensuring that hourly and daily targets are achieved and communicated to the temporary workforce in a timely fashion.
