The Education business started early 2000 with the formation of a joint venture between Meridian Business Support and Education Recruitment Network (ERN Ltd). With a mixture of trained teachers and excellent staff the business grew very quickly and soon became one of the leading education consultancies throughout Wales and the South West.
This led to expansion into the North East in 2002 whereby ERN North was born in Wakefield, supplying teaching staff throughout the whole of Yorkshire.
Due to its success ERN Ltd, now Meridian Education became fully acquired by Meridian Business Support in 2006.
Over the last three years Meridian Education has opened up four more offices throughout the UK with plans to expand even further and aspires to become the UK’s first choice of agency for Education recruitment offering solutions to all schools for their entire staffing requirements.
